Two stories about the celebrity entitlement caught our attention this morning.

The Rolling Stones have some pretty insane demands in their “concert rider”, which is part of the agreement a promoter makes with a band before a show.  Basically it’s one long list of demands (think Van Halen and the M&M’s)

For the Stones, it seems they’re never too old to rock and roll.

“The band requires that the hotel bar never closes while they’re staying there. “Wherever the band stays, illegal or not—the place better figure out a way to keep the booze flowing.

The Stones also make sure each hotel is stocked with the band member’s brand of cigarettes, the windows be blacked out, they staff extra butlers, they offer after-hours dry cleaning, and–the only request that hints at their age–written out instructions on how to use ALL the electronics in each room.”

That last part is my favorite, because you never know when Mick or Keith will “want to use the Twitter.”

The other story involves the actress, Anne Hathaway some diva-like behavior the other morning while ordering breakfast.

Anne was shooting a Japanese commercial at the Paramount lot and decided to order a poached egg, English muffin and avocado.  Seems simple enough, right?

According to multiple media reports, Hathaway sent her order back to the chef not once, not twice, but FOUR times.

1st try: Poached egg too runny.

2nd try: English muffin was cold because it sat while egg #2 was being poached.

3rd try: Egg #2 cold because it sat while chef toasted muffin #2.

4th try: Egg, muffin and avocado were perfect, but it took so long she decided she was in the mood for a fried egg.

Now, in all fairness, I think you should get what you order, but sending it back four times?
Does someone need to “check their privilege” or is she just someone who really wanted a poached egg cooked correctly…until she didn’t?
