Kate Hudson may have an enviable body that comes from an insanely healthy diet and lots of workouts, but she tells E! that the secret ingredient to her inner (and let’s face it, probably outer) beauty is meditating. “You know, this is the first time I’d say [in] a year and a half of my life, that I actually meditated every day,” she said while promoting her new book Pretty Happy in L.A. “I made it a real clear decision to do that and to see the benefits. The results are amazing. And anybody who’s ever really started a mindfulness practice recognizes when it starts to become a part of your routine and practice that it’s really amazing.”
