There was some serious monkey business aboard a flight from Columbus, Ohio, to Las Vegas on Tuesday night, as a man snuck a primate onto the plane in his shirt.

The story gets even weirder from there:

Officials confronted the man upon landing, he produced documents proving that the monkey was a certified service animal.

As KTNV reminds us, the service-animal world extends far beyond dogs, as people have legally flown with turkeys and pigs they’ve considered vital to their emotional well-being.
