Who Should Perform at the 2019 Super Bowl Halftime Show?

The Super Bowl halftime show is one of the most high-profile gigs any musician can get. Now that Justin Timberlake's polarizing appearance is in the rearview mirror, Billboard is polling readers on who should headline the halftime gig in 2019. You can vote at the link; a full list is below.

(BTW...what about Taylor Swift? This one may be hard to pull off, considering Swift has a deal with Coca-Cola and the halftime s how is sponsored by Pepsi — but hey, it's a nice thought.)

Jennifer Lopez. She certainly has the experience and flashy stage show, plus killer dance moves.

Rihanna. The "Umbrella" singer has the kind of catalog depth to pull off a great show.

Drake. The Canadian rapper is certainly likable enough to land the gig.

Lorde. Perhaps a Super Bowl gig would make up for her Grammys performance snub.

BTS. This wildly popular South Korean boy band would certainly bring a massive global audience.

Kanye West. The rapper pushes boundaries both live and on disc, which could make for an amazing appearance.

Cardi B. There's no hotter artist on the planet right now than Cardi B.

Pink. Even while sick, Pink nailed the national anthem, which may have scored her points for nabbing a full-scale performance.

Kendrick Lamar. He's undeniably one of the best live rappers around, with the kind of mesmerizing stage presence needed for the gig.

EXO. Another beloved K-Pop band that would no doubt bring plenty of positive attention to the show and game
