Pritzker ends emergency order against businesses who reopen

(KMOX) - Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker agreed Wednesday to withdraw his emergency rule that would have criminalized businesses who reopened and disobeyed his stay-at-home order, according to Rep. Amy Grant.

The emergency rule would have come with a max penalty of one year in prison and a $2,500 fine.
